How can I remove a control or thermostat from the Connected Portal?

To remove a control from a dealer's Connected Customers list, go to the dealer's Customers page. Note that by default, you'll be on the dealer's Connected Customers list. Click the Details button for the account containing the control. This will take you to the account's Property Details page. Below the image of the thermostat, click the Product Details button. On the Product Details page below the page title, click the "Remove Control From Portal" button and follow prompts.

To remove a control from a dealer's Queue, go to the dealer's Customers page and click the Customer Queue tab. Locate the record of the control to be removed and click the "Remove" button. Follow prompts. This will remove the control from the Queue and the Portal.
