Yes, the Connected Portal displays the most recent connection date and time if the customer has checked the View Status data sharing permission.
When you enter a customer's profile, you'll see an image of the thermostat. Click the Product Details button to access the Control Details page. Below the image of the thermostat, the most recent status message will be displayed.
If the time is within 15 minutes of the current time, the Server Connection Status will appear green and show CONNECTED.
If the time is older than 15 minutes, the status will be gray and display DISCONNECTED, which may indicate an issue with the thermostat or its internet connection.
