To add an ecobee for Carrier/Bryant non-InteliSense thermostat to the dealer's Customers list:
Complete the installation of the thermostat.
Work with the homeowner to create a homeowner account, add the control, and enable data-sharing.
To link a dealer, click the Add Control button on the dealer's Customers page and enter the thermostat’s serial number.
Submit and follow prompts.
If the thermostat was added to the homeowner account successfully, it will go to the Connected Customers list in less than 10 minutes. If not, it will go to the Queued Controls list.
