There are two ways to get an InteliSense control into a dealer's Customers list:
PIN Linking – Enter your dealership’s InteliSense PIN during the thermostat installation process when asked.
Work with homeowner to create an account, add thermostat to the account, and enable data sharing (Terms & Conditions).
Control and account should go to Connected Customers list within 6 hours.
Add Control – During installation of the thermostat, skip the "Enter PIN" step and complete the installation process.
Work with homeowner to create an account, add thermostat to the account, and enable data sharing (Terms & Conditions).
Log in to the Connected Portal and use the Add Control button found on the dealer's Customers page to link thermostat to a dealer, which requires the thermostat’s serial number.
Control should go to dealer's Connected Customers list in less than 10 minutes.
