You can view the model and serial number of a thermostat by clicking an account's Details button on the Customers page in the Connected Portal. This will take you to the Properties page.
On the Properties page, below the image of the thermostat, you'll find the thermostat's Model Number and Serial Number, and also the thermostat's current Firmware Version.
