A Queued Control is a control that has been added by your dealership in the Connected Portal through the "Add Control" process, but the control is either:
not in the Connected Portal database because it has never been connected to Wi-Fi or
is connected to Wi-Fi but the control has not been added to a homeowner account through the SmartHome App or ecobee homeowner app
If a wall control comes online and is added to a homeowner account, it will automatically be moved from your dealership's Queued Controls list to the Connected Customers list the next day.
